Data we process

For bookings and rentals we process your name, phone number, email, ID or passport number, address, driving licence details, rental and payment records; at hand-over and return we also record photos of the car, mileage, fuel level and your signature.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to receive and confirm bookings, to conclude and perform the rental agreement, for invoicing and to meet legal obligations (tax law, requests from traffic and police authorities), based on Art. 5/2-(c) (performance of a contract) and 5/2-(ç) (legal obligation) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Offers and news are sent only with your explicit consent.

Sharing

Data is shared only when legally required with competent public authorities, with insurance companies (in case of damage) and with our accountants. If you allow analytics cookies, anonymous visit statistics are sent to Google (outside Turkey).

Retention

Contracts and invoices are kept for the period required by law (generally 10 years); unconfirmed booking requests are deleted after 1 year. A record of the consents you give is kept as proof of consent.
